If you have lost a purchase, please post you're issue here, with item(s) that were lost, in-game username, and we will contact you via Private Message or by other means for proof of purchase.

Please keep in mind that we DO NOT refund in-game packages or items that were awarded by the game through regular game play or daily bonus. For more information, please read the Terms of Service.

First I would like to apologize for the inconvenience for having to come here and request help with lost purchases.

There are no refunds, however, if your package that you purchases is missing and you have proof of purchase, we will happily be able to assist you.

We require the following information...

- In-game Username
- Date of purchase
- Date Item(s) were lost
- Item(s) lost
- Proof of purchase (E-mail proof(s) of purchase to
- and your patience.

Note that false claims are frowned upon, and could result in penalty or being permanently banned from the game.
