Lost purchases and fs items

Hello ,
I'v had a number of issues over last 2 days, yesterday my fs found 4 items name changer, wc and ip changer and something else, I only received the name changer , I spoke to deia about my concern she said it could appear later,

The other issue is I just purchased the s
$27 bb package and did not receive my 20 day additional vip purchase aswell as 4 ip notes I was ment to get through rare packages,

Ip notes are not so much of an issue , the wc and ip changer I was not going to bother messaging about however not getting additional vip when I payed money for it is kind of an issue to me , I will email now my Google play email showing my purchase

Nevermind it came through 15 mins later , the vip did atleast
