Lost items due to bug

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING!

If you have lost a purchase, please post you're issue here, with item(s) that were lost, in-game username, and we will contact you via Private Message or by other means for proof of purchase.

Please keep in mind that we DO NOT refund in-game packages or items that were awarded by the game through regular game play or daily bonus. For more information, please read the Terms of Service.

Username : bobinstein
Lost items: wanna cry virus, ip changer, watchdog, and 10 day pink vip pack.

I also lost a few of the free rep gifts, like name changer when that bug went around making folders disappear. I'm not worried about that so much though.

I will email play store receipts, I would very much appreciate either a bb refund or restoration of the lost items. I really need the ip changer. ..
