Lost Packages

I don't know where to post this on forum as this is the closest to the topic that I'm talking about. So for the last little bit I've been collecting Backtracer Algorithms as a tactic so I will have a lower upgrade time, effectively being more efficient. I ended up having 80 backtracer algorithms this morning and later in the day I noticed the all the files in my gateway have been deleted. The files I'm really only concerned about are the 80 backtracer algorithms. I did notice that the sign in the chat saying that on Monday if you have more than 100 files that you won't be able to collect but, it never said it would delete all my files. I do have a screenshot from yesterday showing that I have 77 backtracer algorithms and a couple screenshots of my gateway now. I would like to know how this will be rectified. Thanks...
