Marketplace & Send Money To Other Players

I think this could be a useful feature.

To get things going, add on the ability to send another user HC. It could be sent from the email, with an added option "Attach HC"

Then a marketplace could be developed where users can sell the scripts that they have come across. Call it the DNM. Here anything can be sold, whether it's uploaded images, scripts, or contracts for hacks against other users.

Are you able to also sell hardware are software only?
I have 1 large miner that I can't use because I didn't knew you couldn't sell the default miner, and with a marketplace i could sell it for 15 million hc or so.

At the moment you get half of the hc you spent.
