Troubleshooting, PLEASE READ FIRST!

Good afternoon users and guests. I am going to go over some very basic troubleshooting procedures so that you can get signed up and verified to either post on the forums and/or play the game.

Note: If you have given the game a 1 star rating because you could not sign up, we ask that you please fix it after we get you up and running! Thank you.

The Game Captcha:

Fix 1: Once you enter the captcha code once, you MUST refresh it by clicking on the image and trying again. Otherwise it WILL NOT work. So you have one try per a entry!

The Game Email Verification (Use Gmail Only, if you don't have the Gmail app, download it!):

Fix 1: In your phone, go to Settings - Sound & Notification - Apps - Hackers - and then enable all notifications and set them at high priority. Test to see if it works.

Fix 2: When pushing the "Send Verification Email" you SHOULD see a list of email clients to select from... Select GMAIL. Make sure that the email you are using for the game MATCHES the email that you are sending the verification from.

NOTE: If the email client selection panel does not pop up, on your phone, please go to Settings - Sound & Notificatios - Apps - Select the menu at the top right - Click reset app preferences.

Example... User A's email address in the Game App is "example@gmail.com" but User A instead used "example321@gmail.com" to send the verification email.

Please send the verification from the same email you signed up with.

NOTE: Make sure your Gmail, Google play service, and Google playstore apps are up to date!

Forum Captcha:

Fix 1: Click the captcha check "✔" box and wait for the check mark to turn green, then hit submit! (Click only once).

Forum Email Verification:

Fix 1: In order to activate your account, YOU MUST verify your email! You will receive an email from us to verify your account. Please click the link attached to that email to finish registration.

Fix 2: If you are under the age of 13, you must have your parents fill out and sign the COPPA form stating you are allowed to use the forums and play the game! Once we receive the email back, we will activate your account! You can send the email to uwz.hackerz.online@gmail.com so get that paper signed!

Fix 3: If you HAVE NOT received a activation email from the forums and you have checked you SPAM box already, email uwz.hackerz.online@gmail.com with a DETAILED message explaining that you need another activation email sent to you.
