Package Expiration/Found Package Disappearing

Due to the overwhelming file amounts on users gateways, non purchased packages and bonus packs will expire and be automatically removed from gateways to keep the game from lagging.

Bonus packages, found packages, and gifted packages are NOT meant to be held onto and should be used as soon as you receive them. If you do not use them, they will disappear at any given time.

Found packages are NOT reimbursable.

This was announced a few months ago and found package loss policy is stated in the Terms Of Service.

If you choose to fill up your gateway with files, you will not be able to collect your miners until you are below 90 files.

Again, if the packages disappear, and you did NOT purchase them, they are not reimbursable.
