1% increase on all software prices and upgrade time (A.I / pass crack ...)

New software: FS Scanner
- Will scan remote file system and 80% chance to find packages / HC
- 2% chance to steal an unopened package from the remote gateway
- 0.5% chance to steal a random app from the remote gateway
- can be used once an hour, only when connected to the gateway
- Scanner must be at least 90% of the target AntiVirus to scan successfully
- Scanning speed is determined by the target CPU power (Hacking low level players will take a long time)

Extra trace time
- 300 millisecond more for tracing for each bounce node, 10 nodes max

New addition: Notes
Notes will be found in A.I Sniffing packages and might contain:
- IPs of other hackers/db-administrators (from the global latests targets)
- IPs of databse administrators (5% chance)
- IPs of guilds (0.5% chance)
- Notes can be copied / deleted by other players
- Notes expire in 6 hours, so make sure to store a hard copy (paper)

AI Packages found after hacking have been completely changed:
- Found packages will no longer by announced in the chat room (only in the announcement room)
- After hacking once every 10 minutes you will get 0 to 4 packages which can be:

- Common Package:
- - Contains HC
- - 80% chance
- - Opened and applied automatically

- Rare package
- - 1k-5k HC applied automatically
- - Contains BB and / or Notes
- - 10% chance
- - Expire in 12 hours

- Unique Package
- - Contains one of the following:
- - - 10k-50k HC applied automatically
- - - WatchDog
- - - Wanna cry virus
- - - 14% worm
- - - 3 day History delete virus
- - - Instant software upgrade (random algorithm)
- - 1% Chance
- - Expire in 12 hours

- Epic Package
- - Contains one of the following:
- - - 5k BB
- - - 5 instant software upgrades (random)
- - - 3 remote log deleters
- - 0.1% Chance (one in a thousand)
- - Expire in 12 hours
